Finch's Agency is a small family run agency which I started over 18 years ago. Both my children were involved in the industry and absolutely loved it, so I wanted to give other children the opportunity to experience this too.

I have found the industry really helps the children gain confidence, help believe in themselves and gives them strength and determination.

I feel I offer a very personal service to the parents/guardians of the children and can always be contacted by either email or by text if anyone has any questions.

I thoroughly enjoy running this agency and am always super proud seeing the end results.

The agency covers all aspects including, West End, feature films, soaps, commercials and photographic to name a few.

I get to know most of the children in my agency on a very personal level and most children join through word of mouth. I always listen to parents and children to see what areas they are interested in as not everyone wants to be involved in all aspects of the industry.
